Sockeye depicts the salmon in it’s running coloured, a deep red sky within the back of the salmon. Within the body of the salmon is a landscape of the Salish sea, from forests of Northern Vancouver Island. Stippling and Cross-hatching, this image was created with pen & ink, showing the natural landscape of where this incredibly important species live.
